CUSTOM WEDDING CAKES
I am the second generation of a cake making family. My mother created specialty cakes back in the late '50's, before the days of plastic accents and staircases. She created fantastic effects out of frosting and cake, the envy of many bakers and bakeries.
Continuing in that tradition, though I am not a licensed baker, I endeavor to create indiviualized centerpieces that enhance the special events of family and friends. Working out of my home, I use shapes and techniques that most bakeries have long since abandoned in the name of mass production. My list of friends keeps growing, so I welcome your comments and inquiries.
